1 Definitions and Interpretation

The following terms used in this document carry specific meanings and apply in both singular and plural forms:

• "Platform" — bet jilli's website, mobile application, and all associated digital services.
• "Member" / "You" — any person who has registered on the Platform or is browsing without registration.
• "Account" — the personal user account created in a member's name.
• "Bonus" — promotional offers, cashback, or rewards provided by bet jilli.
• "Wagering Requirement" — the obligation to place bets a specified number of times before bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• "Net Loss" — the amount remaining after subtracting total winnings from total losses over a given period.

2 Account Registration and Eligibility

3 Deposits and Withdrawals

3.1 Deposit Rules

3.2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals generally take between 15 minutes and 2 hours to process. Available withdrawal methods are bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer. Withdrawals can only be made through the same method used for the deposit, unless bet jilli instructs otherwise.

3.3 Third-Party Payments

Depositing or withdrawing using another person's bank account or mobile banking number is strictly prohibited. Such transactions will be flagged as suspicious and the account will be placed under investigation.

4 Bonuses and Promotional Offers

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 adds a ৳1,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,000; before withdrawing the bonus, a wager of ৳1,000 × 20 = ৳20,000 must be placed.

4.2 Other Promotions

bet jilli runs multiple promotional offers including weekly reload bonuses, slot bonuses, cricket season rewards, birthday gifts, and referral rewards. Each offer has its own wagering requirement and validity period. To withdraw bonus funds and associated winnings, the relevant wagering conditions must be met.

4.3 Bonus Restrictions

• Two bonuses cannot be claimed at the same time unless a specific promotion states otherwise.
• If evidence of bonus abuse is found, the account will be suspended and the bonus cancelled.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — they will remain as bonus balance until the wagering requirements are fulfilled.

5 VIP Program and Cashback

bet jilli runs a three-tier VIP program for regular members: Bronze (up to 0.5% weekly cashback), Silver (up to 1.0% weekly cashback), and Gold (up to 1.5% weekly cashback). Weekly cashback is a partial return calculated on the net loss for that week. For example: a Silver member with a net loss of ৳20,000 in a week will receive ৳20,000 × 1.0% = ৳200 cashback. To move up to a higher tier, members must maintain consistent activity and meet bet jilli's criteria.

6 Prohibited Activities

Participation in any of the following activities gives bet jilli the right to permanently close the account and, where applicable, notify the relevant authorities:

• Money laundering or transacting with illegal funds.
• Placing bets using bots, automated software, or any artificial method.
• Creating multiple accounts to claim bonus benefits.
• Exploiting any technical error or vulnerability on the Platform.
• Threatening or abusive behaviour towards other members or staff.
• Registering with false information or evading the verification process.

7 Privacy and Data Protection

bet jilli takes the utmost care in collecting, storing, and using members' personal data. Every transaction and piece of personal information is secured through SSL encryption and modern security technology. 8 Responsible Gaming

10 Account Closure and Restrictions

10.1 Closure by Member

Any member may close their account if they wish. To do so, they must contact the support team. Before the account is closed, the member will be given the opportunity to withdraw their verified balance; however, any bonus balance will be cancelled if the wagering requirements have not been met.

10.2 Restrictions by bet jilli

bet jilli may temporarily or permanently restrict any account during an investigation into a rule violation or on the basis of applicable legal requirements. If the member is found to be innocent after investigation, the account will be fully reinstated.
